The equipment has a built-in real-time recording and query function. Key data such as temperature and humidity during the production process can be automatically generated into visual curves and saved, supporting on-demand export at any time, greatly facilitating engineers in conducting production process retrospective analysis and quality problem traceability investigation. The appearance design adopts a detachable aluminum alloy frame combined with high-quality sheet metal materials, which not only meets the needs of convenient assembly of large semiconductor equipment in complex on-site environments but also takes into account customers' expectations for personalized customization of appearance.
Equipped with an automatic safety protection system, once a fault occurs, the protection mechanism is automatically activated immediately, and the on-site personnel are promptly alerted through audio-visual alarms.
