The judging panel conducted a thorough evaluation based on technological innovation, market size, business model, and marketing plan, ultimately selecting one first-place winner, two second-place winners, and three excellence award winners for both the startup and growth groups. Jice (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd. won the Excellence Award in the Startup group.
On April 26th, the "Tianmu Talents, Wisdom in Lin'an" Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City High-level Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the "Six Dynasties Pine Cup" Southeast University Global Alumni Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Competition) were successfully held in Lin'an, Hangzhou. The competition was hosted by Southeast University and the Lin'an District People's Government of Hangzhou City. It was organized by the Southeast University Alumni Association, Southeast University National University Science and Technology Park, the Organization Department (Talent Office) of the CPC Lin'an District Committee of Hangzhou City, the Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City Management Committee, and NetEase Yunxin. Southeast University's Automation College, Nanjing Estun Future Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., the Zhejiang Alumni Association of Southeast University, Guoheng Qian Ting Holdings Co., Ltd., and the Lin'an NetEase Joint Innovation Center served as co-organizers. The event received strong support from the Jiangsu Branch of Bank of China and the Hangzhou Lin'an Branch of Jiangsu Bank Co., Ltd.
Attendees at the opening ceremony included Zheng Jiamao, vice president and former vice secretary of the Party Committee of Southeast University Alumni Association; Wang Xuechao, standing committee member of the Lin'an District Committee of Hangzhou City, secretary of the Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City Party Working Committee, and director of the Management Committee; Wang Li, member of the Party Working Committee and vice director of the Management Committee of Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City; Qi Xinggen, former Party secretary of the School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Southeast University; Qiu Weidong, chairman of Southeast University Asset Management Company and chairman of the National University Science and Technology Park; Jia Fang, general manager of the National University Science and Technology Park; Li Ping, member of the Party Working Committee and director of the Development Service Center of Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City; Niu Dan, vice dean of the School of Automation, Southeast University; Zhu Chunhua, director and executive president of Nanjing Estun Automation Co., Ltd.; Li Bo, vice secretary-general of the Southeast University Alumni Association; and over 150 other leaders from the Lin'an District People's Government, the Zhejiang Alumni Association of Southeast University, and other relevant units, competition judges, and participating representatives.
In the project roadshow session, 21 intelligent manufacturing projects that stood out from the preliminary selection and initial evaluation competed on-site. The judging panel comprehensively evaluated the projects based on technological innovation, market size, business model, and marketing planning. Ultimately, one first-place winner, two second-place winners, and three excellence award winners were selected for both the start-up and growth groups. Jice (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd. won the Excellence Award in the start-up group. At the awards ceremony, the attending leaders presented awards to the winning projects.

mK-level High-Precision Environmental Control Chamber Relative humidity is maintained by the external environment. The large environment controls the absolute humidity in the air to remain stable, thus achieving the required humidity stability inside the environmental chamber through precise temperature control. To meet the requirements of temperature, humidity, and cleanliness, a large-volume, small-temperature-difference design concept is adopted. Air is continuously filtered and circulated rapidly to remove heat generated by the laboratory and maintenance structure, keeping temperature fluctuations extremely low (±0.002℃ in key areas). Multi-stage temperature control is used. The air in the laboratory is first cooled by a surface cooler, then gradually heated by multi-stage electric heating, with temperature precision controlled from ±0.1℃ to ±0.02℃ and then to ±0.002℃.
The precision environmental control cabinet mainly consists of a main cabinet, control system, airflow circulation system, clean filter, refrigeration (heating) system, lighting system, and local air bath. It provides an ultra-high precision temperature, humidity, and cleanliness working environment for precision measurement and manufacturing equipment such as lithography machines and laser interferometers. Inside the equipment, the airflow is guided by a fan to circulate in a certain direction. The control system processes each link of the circulating airflow, enabling the cabinet to achieve ultra-high control precision of temperature and humidity. Temperature stability ±0.002℃ (up to 1mk), humidity stability ±0.8%RH, cleanliness level above class 10, noise shielding ≥15dB, magnetic shielding ≥30dB.
