The entry submitted this time, "Ultra-Dimensional Precision Semiconductor Equipment Core Environmental Control System Integrated Solution," is a targeted achievement by Jice (Nanjing), leveraging the environmental control technology and industry insights of its parent company, Nanjing Expansion Technology Co., Ltd. The company focuses on specialized equipment for the semiconductor industry, precisely addressing the critical need for advanced environmental control—essential as chip manufacturing processes continue to advance. Specifically, the operational stability of key equipment used in processes like lithography and inspection directly depends on the precise management of environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and cleanliness.

Through independently developed milli-Kelvin-level temperature control technology, the high-precision environmental control equipment achieves air environment temperature stability as precise as ±0.002℃ and humidity stability of ±0.1% RH, while maintaining cleanliness levels as stringent as ISO Class 1. Additionally, the high-precision chiller units can deliver outlet water temperature stability as accurate as ±0.002℃. Equipped with comprehensive, non-standard customization capabilities, these systems perfectly meet diverse user requirements—including specific demands for temperature and humidity stability, cleanliness, air pressure control, micro-vibration resistance, and electromagnetic shielding—providing crucial environmental technology support for advanced equipment such as lithography machines, bonding devices, and semiconductor metrology tools.
