Air-cooled high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioner is a special air conditioner designed for modern electronic equipment rooms. Its working accuracy and reliability are much higher than ordinary air conditioners. As we all know, computer equipment and programmable switch products are placed in computer rooms, which are composed of a large number of dense electronic components. To improve the stability and reliability of the use of these equipment, the temperature and humidity of the environment must be strictly controlled within a specific range. The room temperature and relative humidity can be controlled within plus or minus 1 degree Celsius, which greatly improves the life and reliability of the equipment.

1. Working principle and structure
The stepper motor is an actuator that converts electrical pulses into angular displacement. When the stepper driver receives a pulse signal, it drives the stepper motor to rotate a fixed angle (called "step angle") in the set direction. Its rotation is run step by step at a fixed angle.
The left and right air guide plates of the air-cooled high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioner are driven by two groups of two stepper motors, and the upper and lower air guide plates are driven by a stepper motor. When the "wind swing" command is issued, the corresponding pins of the single-chip microcomputer periodically send out a low-frequency high level in turn, and drive the stepper motor to open or close quickly, or swing up and down slowly through the 13-16 pins of the reverse driver IC1. The stepper motor coil consists of 4 groups, which is a four-phase eight-beat stepper motor. The CPU needs to output 8 pulses for each rotation.
2. Good or bad detection
The air-cooled high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioner uses multiple stepper motors. Although the plug size, lead color, volume, appearance, fixing method, and coil resistance are different, the working principle and detection method are the same. When pressing the "wind swing" button on the remote control (or operation panel), measure the power supply voltage of the stepper motor socket on the computer board. Under normal circumstances, each phase is about +12V. If the stepper motor makes a "da, da" sound or no sound at this time, it usually indicates that the stepper motor is damaged.
