High-pressure problems of high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioners in computer rooms 1. Excessive refrigerant filling. Test the pipeline pressure and release some refrigerant to restore to normal.

High-pressure problems of high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioners in computer rooms
1. Excessive refrigerant filling. Test the pipeline pressure and release some refrigerant to restore to normal.
2. The outdoor unit does not dissipate heat well. The outdoor unit is too dirty, the ventilation fins are blocked or the surrounding air circulation is not smooth, resulting in the refrigerant temperature not being able to drop. This requires cleaning the outdoor unit or removing surrounding obstacles.
3. The outdoor fan is not working properly. The fan is in a long-term operation state to dissipate heat when the temperature is too high in summer. The bearings of the fan are more easily damaged, affecting the fan speed. When the fan is stationary, use a screwdriver to move the fan blades to see if there is any abnormal sound or fan blade jamming. If there is any abnormality, the fan needs to be replaced.
4. There may be residual air and other non-condensable gases in the refrigerant pipeline. Re-replace the refrigerant in the system.
Low-pressure problems of high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioners in computer rooms
1. The indoor unit filter is too dirty. As a result, the evaporator cold cannot be fully dissipated. Replacing the new filter of the original size can solve the problem.
2. The dry filter and expansion valve are blocked. Generally, the compressor will have frosting symptoms after being blocked. Test whether the temperature at both ends of the filter drier is consistent. If there is a temperature difference, replace it.
3. Insufficient refrigerant. Check whether there is a leak in the pipeline. The most common places are the elbow joints and the high and low pressure safety inspection ports. If the pressure is lower than 4.5MPa, add refrigerant.
