Then, the high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioner in the computer room has become the first choice for many computer rooms. How should we install the high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioner in the computer room? 1. Receiving high-precision constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning units: 1. After unpacking the equipment, check whether the specifications, models and spare parts of the equipment are consistent with the packing list of the contract; 2. The indoor and outdoor units of air-cooled air-conditioning units have 0.2MPa~0.5Mpa nitrogen when leaving the factory. After unpacking the equipment, first check whether the system has leakage. If any abnormality is found, please notify the manufacturer in time; 3. When receiving the unit, please check whether the appearance of the unit is intact; if there is any damage, please notify the carrier in writing immediately and record it; 4. Check the user terminal panel and make sure it is not damaged; if there is any damage, please notify the carrier in writing immediately and record it, and deal with it in time before installation. If there is no objection after the inspection, sign for it.
2. High-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioner installation:
1. During installation, pay attention to the internal and external protection measures of the machine to prevent scratches on the surface paint of the machine due to external force collision. The internal evaporator fins, copper tubes, lines, etc. should also be strictly protected;
2. Unit bracket, the unit bracket is fixed to the ground with ?8 expansion screws;
3. An elastic vibration isolation rubber pad of at least 5mm thickness should be installed between the unit bracket and the unit. The bracket is connected to the bottom of the unit with M8 bolts. The bracket must be isolated from the metal structure of the raised floor;
4. The unit must be installed horizontally, with a maximum height difference of 5mm at both ends: if the inclination is greater than 5mm, it will cause the condensate pan to overflow;
3. High-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioner refrigerant pipe connection:
1. Oxygen welding is used between the unit and the condenser to ensure the firmness and reliability of the entire circuit; the thickness of the copper pipe connected to the return pipe and the exhaust pipe; 2. The diameter of the copper pipe connecting the unit and the air-cooled condenser must be determined according to the length of the copper pipe and the vertical distance between the unit and the condenser. 3. The installation requirements of the gas pipe and the liquid pipe are beautiful, neat, horizontal and vertical. Multiple pipes should be arranged on the same plane as much as possible, and one part of the pipe should not overlap another part; both the steam pipe and the liquid pipe must be covered with an insulation pipe; 4. The horizontal gas pipe should be tilted toward the condenser, so that once the machine is shut down, the oil and condensed refrigerant cannot flow back into the machine; 5. If a straight copper pipe is used, it must be annealed before bending. This project tries to use stamping elbow welding. A copper pipe cutter must be used to cut the copper pipe, and it is strictly forbidden to use a hacksaw blade. The copper pipe should be sealed at both ends when stored to prevent dust and sand from entering the copper pipe. 6. When connecting with a straight pipe, anhydrous ethanol should be used to clean the inside of the pipe twice before the pipe is erected. 7. When welding, 1-2 layers of wet cloth should be wrapped outside the welding part to prevent the other parts from being scorched by heat. When encountering painted parts, wet cloth plus iron sheet baffle should be used to operate, so that there will be no scorch marks on the paint surface. Before doing the air tightness test, use nitrogen to drive the oxide scale in the refrigeration circuit out of the refrigeration circuit. 8. Before welding, put a fire extinguishing device in the welding work area. 4. Precautions for installation of high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioning chilled water series:
Construction and engineering management shall be carried out in accordance with the national water system installation specifications. The inlet and outlet pipes shall be national standard galvanized steel pipes. The installation requirements of the inlet and outlet pipes shall be beautiful, neat, horizontal, vertical and firmly fixed. Use high-quality water temperature gauges, water pressure gauges and flange interfaces, and the pipes shall be welded by thread. The inlet and outlet pipes and hand valves of the chilled water equipment shall be strictly insulated to prevent condensed water from dripping everywhere. 5. High-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioning pipeline sealing test: 1. Pressure test of refrigerant copper pipe system; 2. After all pipes are connected, use nitrogen pressure test to detect leaks. The inflation pressure should be ≥1.8Mpa, and nitrogen should be filled from the high and low pressure parts at the same time until balance is reached; 3. After filling with nitrogen, the pressure should be maintained for 24 hours. The pressure drop should not be greater than 0.03MPa in the first 6 hours. In the next 18 hours, except for the error caused by the change in ambient temperature, the pressure should not change. If the pressure change value exceeds the standard, the leak should be found and re-welded for pressure test; 6. High-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioning drainage system connection: 1. A rubber tube with an outer diameter of 32mm extends from the lower right rear of the machine. The 8 series extends one. Use a 32mm rubber tube or plastic tube to connect it to the building's drainage system. 2. The drainage pipe joint is required to be fixed with a hose clamp to prevent water from overflowing. 3. The drainage pipe should have a certain degree of wave to ensure smooth drainage. 4. If the drain pipe must be extended to the outside for a long time due to conditions, the drain pipe needs to be insulated. 7. Connection of high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioning humidifier: 1. There are about 1 meter long Φ6.4 thin copper pipe and water joint placed together with the copper pipe. Anneal the Φ6.4 thin copper pipe with oxygen welding so that it can be bent at will, and then weld it with the water joint (the end with the thin copper pipe); 2. Connect the water joint with the tap water valve connected by the user (the diameter of the water joint needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer); 3. A Φ6.4 copper pipe extends from the lower part of the humidifier, and it is welded with the thin copper pipe with the water joint (the end without the water joint); 8. Electrical connection of high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioning: 1. Before operating the electrical part of the unit, it must be ensured that the power supply has been turned off and the main switch in the electrical panel is closed (turned to "O"). 2. The power part of the electrical panel is protected by a metal cover; remove the four fixing screws on the metal cover to see the main switch, neutral and ground terminals as shown in Figure 2; 3. One end of the main cable is connected to the corresponding air switch in the distribution cabinet; the other end is connected to the main switch, neutral and ground terminals of the unit; 4. The power required for the outdoor unit can be taken from the unit or from the distribution cabinet near the outdoor unit, but the wires used must be covered with the PVC pipe provided; 5. Check whether the power supply meets the rated electrical parameters of the unit (voltage, number of phases, frequency); 6. Re-fix the protective metal plate on the unit; 7. The fluctuation of the power supply voltage must be between 85% and 115% of the rated value.
