Cleaning, generally use 0.5-0.6MPa nitrogen or compressed air to blow out the impurities in the pipe. The compressor can also be cooled by high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioning, but the exhaust temperature must not exceed 125℃, because it will affect the viscosity of the oil and damage the moving parts of the compressor. When the system is dirty, the internal valve should be opened and the valve connected to the atmosphere should be closed. The high-pressure system can be blown first, and the low-pressure system can be blown later. The drain port should be selected at the bottom, and a wooden board made of white cloth should be placed at the drain port. When there is no stain on the white cloth, the system will be clean. At this time, remove the valve in the high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system, clean the dirt in the valve core and valve seat, and then install it.
