High-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioners, constant temperature and humidity air conditioners, to ensure the cleanliness of the air conditioning return air, must be equipped with corresponding air filters!
2. Refrigerant (or refrigerant)
In the refrigeration air conditioning system, it is used to transfer heat energy and produce a refrigeration effect. The working fluid. According to the working mode, it can be divided into primary refrigerant and secondary refrigerant. The working principle is: the refrigerant liquefies and releases heat, and the gasification absorbs heat. The compressor compresses the refrigerant from gas to liquid in the condenser, releasing heat; the liquid refrigerant passes through the capillary and vaporizes from liquid to gas in the evaporator, absorbing heat. When the evaporator and condenser are installed in different positions, the machine moves the heat to different positions.
3. Solenoid valve
Direct-acting solenoid valves act quickly and respond to electrical signals very quickly. They can work normally in vacuum, negative pressure or zero pressure. They are widely used in refrigeration, pneumatic, water supply, steam and hydraulic systems. The solenoid valve uses a fully plastic-sealed electromagnetic coil and DIN international standard electrical connector, which makes it have excellent insulation, waterproof, moisture-proof, shock-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties.
4. Pressure switch
The pressure switch is used to protect the refrigeration compressor in the high-precision constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning system to prevent the compressor's suction pressure from being too low or the exhaust pressure from being too high. The pressure switch is also used to start and stop the condenser fan.
5. Automatic water supply valve
The automatic water supply valve is used in a closed circulation system and plays the following roles:
1. The automatic water supply valve is equipped with a pressure reducing and stabilizing device. The pressure value can be adjusted with the pressure gauge and automatically maintain the adjusted system pressure: when the system pressure decreases, it automatically opens to inject water, and automatically closes when the set pressure is reached to avoid excessive water pressure from damaging the system equipment;
2. Prevent system water from flowing back: The automatic water supply valve is equipped with a check valve to prevent system water from flowing back when the water supply pressure decreases or stops;
3. Manual shut-off: In order to facilitate the maintenance of system equipment, the automatic water supply valve is equipped with a manual shut-off valve to shut off the water supply source.
6. Air Conditioning Liquid Mirror
The liquid mirror is designed to provide users with an accurate method to determine the quality and water content of the refrigerant in the system. The indicator element in the center of the sight glass is highly sensitive to moisture and gradually changes color as the moisture content in the system changes. The wide-angle sight glass allows visual inspection of the system's refrigerant, so it is easy to see the starting and flash gas in the system, indicating whether the refrigerant dosage is appropriate and needs to be filled.
7. Dry filter
The dry filter for liquid pipe is designed to protect the refrigeration series from liquid and solid contaminants and contamination. They are equipped with a specially formulated desiccant mixture to remove acids and moisture from any refrigeration system to the greatest extent. It can be applied to formulations such as R12, R22, R134a, R502, R404a or R407a.
8. Thermal expansion valve
High-pressure liquid refrigerant is throttled to become low-pressure wet vapor, and then the refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator to achieve the cooling effect. The expansion valve controls the valve flow through the change of superheat at the end of the evaporator to prevent underutilization of the evaporator area and knocking.
9. Compressor
The air conditioning compressor is the heart of the refrigeration system. It sucks in low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas from the intake pipe, compresses it by driving the piston through the motor, and then discharges high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas to the exhaust pipe, providing power for the refrigeration cycle, thereby realizing the refrigeration cycle of compression → condensation → expansion → evaporation (heat absorption).
