1) High-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioners need to regularly reinforce or replace the indoor fan belt. Due to the long-term use of the indoor fan belt of the unit, it will age, stretch or break, resulting in a decrease in the fan speed, affecting the air supply and cooling effect.
2) When replacing the compressor of the unit, it is necessary to clean the outdoor filter, otherwise it is easy to cause the filter to be dirty and blocked, causing the compressor low pressure alarm and refrigeration system failure.
3) Regularly clean or replace the humidification tank. Due to the long use time, the internal rust and scaling of the humidification tank body and the external heating electrode are seriously corroded, which will affect the humidification effect, so the humidification tank needs to be cleaned or replaced regularly.
4) Regularly clean the heat sink of the outdoor unit. When the heat sink of the outdoor unit of the high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioner unit accumulates too much dirt and dust, the heat sink needs to be cleaned in time. During the cleaning process, a high-pressure water gun or a soft water pipe can be used to flush along the direction of the heat sink to restore the heat dissipation efficiency of the outdoor unit. This work needs to be carried out regularly, at least once every six months, and the outdoor unit cleaning work allows the corresponding unit to be carried out in the running state.
5) Clean the dust filter of the return air outlet of the indoor unit regularly. After removing the filter, if there is only dust on the filter, you can gently brush it off, or use a vacuum cleaner to suck out the dust and put it back in its original place. If it is seriously contaminated, you can rinse it with neutral detergent, dry it and carefully put it back in its original place.
6) The main and standby units should be used alternately regularly.
7) The humidity setting of high-precision constant temperature and humidity air conditioners should not be too high, and the temperature setting should not be too low to avoid frost and condensation. The parameter setting standards are temperature 22±1° and humidity 60±5°.
