Most of the current cabinet constant temperature and humidity units adopt these two methods. In situations where the accuracy and control requirements are not high (such as ±0.5 ℃), this unit can be directly used.

When using a direct evaporative unit, due to the small inertia of the wind system, the system temperature and humidity change very drastically when the unit is started and stopped, which puts higher requirements on the debugging of the control system. Therefore, when the system is large and the accuracy requirements are high, it is generally recommended to use an air-cooled chiller or a water-cooled chiller to prepare cold water as a cold source, and set up an air handling unit separately.
One thing to note is that no matter which type of cold source is selected, it is generally required to have cooling capacity throughout the year, including transition seasons and winter. When using an air-cooled unit, it is necessary to consider the local winter outdoor temperature, especially in northern regions, to ensure that the condensing pressure is within a reasonable range. For applications with high reliability requirements, the backup of cold sources should also be considered.
The heat source of the high-precision constant temperature and humidity system can be selected from hot water, steam or electric heating as needed, and one-stage or multi-stage heating can be used according to control requirements. For fine-tuning heaters, electric heaters with better adjustment performance should be selected.
