1. Before installing the automatic cleaning system of the condenser, it is necessary to strictly clear the gun. The end covers at both ends of the condenser must be removed, and the copper pipes must be brushed one by one to remove the blockages in the copper pipes. The burrs and non-round blockages at the copper pipe mouth at the water inlet end must be strictly handled until they are smooth and round. Measure the inner diameter of the copper pipe so that a sponge ball with an appropriate outer diameter can be selected to ensure smooth entry and exit of the sponge ball.
2. Add a punching filter element to the water inlet of the automatic cleaning system to allow water to enter but not the ball. The ball return control system is interlocked with the start and stop of the air conditioner host, and the host start and stop cleaning system is also started and stopped; when the host stops, the cleaning system should switch to the ball return and complete the ball return process and stop.
3. The grille separation net has hundreds of welding points. It is recommended to change to a punching stainless steel plate net. The entire separation filter element has only 1 to 2 welds instead of spot welding, which reduces the possibility of welding point desoldering and ball leakage.
4. Reduce and eliminate the dead angle of ball return and reduce the retention of sponge balls in the separator. If the dead angle of ball return cannot be reduced, the downtime of the cooling pump after stopping the main engine should be extended to allow the system to have sufficient time to recover the sponge balls.
