The precision electric heating humidifier has the functions of pure water and humidification. It can be directly connected to tap water. After two-stage pre-treatment and high-efficiency RO membrane treatment, the TDS value of the water after treatment is <10PPM. The electric heating tube is used as a heating device to heat the water in the stainless steel water tank to boiling, generating pure and sterile steam to humidify the air. The microcomputer control system fully automatically operates the operation process of the humidifier to ensure safe, reliable, accurate and continuous output of steam.

During the operation of the humidifier, the drainage solenoid will be started regularly to achieve automatic cleaning. The front end is equipped with a water quality pre-treatment unit, and the back-end humidification part can achieve ultra-long life and scale-free use.

The control system intelligently adjusts the output power of the module according to the input control signal, so that the humidification capacity is strictly adjusted according to the input signal to adapt to the environment with high-precision control requirements. The electric heating tubes are operated in groups, and the control accuracy and reliability are improved.

Equipped with RS485 interface, it can realize cluster control digital control, reducing the control risk of using analog signals.

The pure water, humidification and electrical appliances are designed with independent compartment modules, which do not interfere with each other during operation, are easy to maintain, and are safe without leakage hazards.
